Warranty Registration

All of our premium electric fires benefit from either a 5-year warranty or a 10-year warranty. We employ a dedicated team of service administration and service engineers to ensure your new electric fire is kept to the highest standards in the rare event of malfunction. Any items purchased before 1st June 2022 include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you have obtained an extended 5-year warranty upgrade code then please add this when registering for it to become active. Product Registration: -The Standard 5-year Warranty begins from date of delivery, extended warranty must be registered online within 60 days of purchase. -The standard 10-year Warranty begins from date of delivery, extended warranty must be registered online within 60 days of purchase.
