In the unlikely event you experience a fault, please fill out the form below, and one of the Bespoke team will be in touch as soon as possible. Please check our troubleshooting page for resolutions before filling out a fault form. Please Note: Always ensure the power supply to the appliance is accessible, whether it is a 13A plug or a fuse spare if hard-wired. We cannot arrange an engineer visit unless the power supply is accessible. The first step when establishing product failure reason is to change the 13amp fuse in the plug or the fuse spare.
